Business Application Consultant

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Industrial Engineer or equivalent.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in any standard ERP products. (e.g. SAP Business One).
  • Required skills: MS Office, MS SQL Server, DTW, any ERP Software.
  • Knowledge in MS SQL Scripting, and SAP Crystal Reporting is a plus.
  • Knowledge in business processes and internal controls is preferable.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel on demand.
Brief Description of the Role
The Functional Consultant is in charge of all possible tasks that are involved in performing, planning, design and oversight of the construction of a software system.
Job Role

Your role will be pivotal in implementing and supporting SAP modules, creating business process blueprints, and conducting detailed workflow analysis. You’ll streamline processes through simplification and automation recommendations, while also configuring and testing databases for various scenarios pre-launch. Crafting custom reports for seamless SAP Business One delivery and providing expert training to clients will be key aspects of your job. As a vital liaison for troubleshooting, you’ll ensure smooth client interactions, and support. If you’re passionate about optimizing systems and enhancing efficiency, we want you on our team!
Software Developer

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/ College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or its equivalent.
  • Knowledge and experience in any of these programming languages (i.e. c#, c++. java, php, asp .net, js frameworks, web design frameworks, etc).
  • Knowledge and experience in any SQL engines (i.e. MS SQL, My SQL, DB@, Postgre, etc).
  • Software Design
  • Software Development Fundamentals
  • Software Development Process and methodologies (e.i agile, adlc).
  • Able to work in a team environment.

Technical Consultant
Requirements  
  • Bachelor’s Degree/ College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or its equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience with the following:
    > MS SQL Scripting
    > SAP Crystal Report
  • Basic accounting Principles
  • Technical Knowledge in MS SQL Server, Windows Server
  • Technical Knowledge in Linux servers is a plus
  • Knowledge in Network infrastructure and best practices
  • Experience in SAP Business One is a plus

In charge of all server configuration and maintenance in SAP Business One environment. Creates SAP custom reports and setup client required configurations. Provides technical support, performs system troubleshooting functions and resolves clients’ issues.

Business Development Specialist
Requirements  
  • Bachelor’s/ College Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Understanding of business operations, functions and development.
  • Knowledge On ERP solutions and implementation.
  • Skills in prospecting leads, understanding customer requirements and closing deals.
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate with clients in order to properly develop and implement projects.
  • Must have initiative, good communication skills, presentation skills and a positive attitude.
  • Innovative, Independent, Dedicated, and Result Oriented.
  • Strong market research skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Create and publish articles and feedback reports in the company website based on new product updates, enablement training, or when required.
Brief Description of the Role
The primary role of the Business Development Head is to identify business opportunities, and develop marketing and business plans in order to achieve the company’s revenue goals and pave the way for the business growth and development.
Job Role
  • Scope and understand client requirements.
  • Present a solution that addresses client challenges and requirements.
  • Formulate proposals and negotiate with a client in order to close a deal.
  • Turn over of closed deals to the delivery team.
  • Perform regular checking of project implementation status inorder to determine if client requirements are met.
  • Determine client support satisfaction through surveys.
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers and other partners.
  • Contact clients and assess if they have additional requirements and ensure that these requirements will be delivered accordingly.
  • Monitor annual maintenance on the product licenses, and service if necessary.
  • Bring in new product knowledge through research and participation in product updates enablement, training, seminars and conferences.
